1. Access and Use

1.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.2 Account Creation: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep your login credentials secure.

1.3 Use Restrictions: You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Content

2.1 User-Generated Content: The Platform may allow you to post, upload, or otherwise contribute content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in your User Content, but by posting it on the Platform, you grant Meet and Mangia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Platform.

2.2 Prohibited Content: You may not post or transmit any User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

3. Events and Transactions

3.1 Event Listings: The Platform may allow users to join listings for events, gatherings, or meetups. Meet and Mangia does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, quality, safety, or legality of any Events listed on the Platform.

3.2 Transactions: The Platform may facilitate transactions between users, such as ticket purchases for Events or reservations for dining experiences. Meet and Mangia is not a party to any transactions between users and does not control or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any goods or services exchanged.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: The Platform and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by Meet and Mangia and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 Trademarks: Meet and Mangia and the Meet and Mangia logo are trademarks of Meet and Mangia. You may not use these trademarks without the prior written consent of Meet and Mangia.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meet and Mangia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Termination

Meet and Mangia may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform, delete your account and User Content, and remove any Event listings or transactions without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

Meet and Mangia reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes to these Terms by posting the revised Terms on the Platform or by other means.
