Living in a city in your 20's and 30's can be an isolating experience. Many of us reap the benefits of being able to work from home, but miss out on the connections that work culture brings.
Throughout your day-to-day it's uncommon to find yourself in multiple positions to meet new people and have meaningful conversations. It just doesn't happen as often as we would probably like it too.
Whether you've just moved to Denver, or have lived here for many years and just haven't found your "tribe", it's easy to feel like making friends as an adult is an impossible feat. That's why I felt I needed to compile a list of ways to make friends in Denver.
I wrote this article for people who feel like:
-> Going out culture lacks meaningful connections the next day
-> You find yourself relishing in the college days (because that was the last time you had a walkable community of people you knew around you)
-> You contemplate starting over in a new city
-> You just moved to Denver and the thought of making friends is a daunting task
Life post-college, opportunities to meet new people are few and far between. Now more than ever, we need excuses to get out of the house and meet new people. Here is a list of 5 companies that are providing ways for people in their 20's and 30's to find meaningful connections in the city of Denver.
